We offer emergency dental care, oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics surgery, TMJ therapy, full mouth reconstruction, and pediatric dentistry. Our kind and caring dental staff provides excellent dental care to all out patients in a friendly, relaxed environment. Thomas E. Carney, D.D.S. opened his dental office in Junction City Shopping Center, Suite 106 Town Hall Building on August 15, 1967. He is a graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry. He is an active staff member since 1971 of the Surgery Department at OSF Medical Center and Center for Health at Route 91. Focusing on medically challenged patients providing full scope of dental care. He purchased the Town Hall building and adjoining two acres in 1975. He remained a tenant after selling the Town Hall building section of Junction City Shopping Center in June of 2006.He is from three generations of the medicine and dentistry professions. His father was a combat surgeon in Scotland in 1942 during World War II. He was later made the commander of the 57th Surgical Field Hospital after landing at Normandy, France 6/6/1944 attached to General Patton as they liberated France and Germany until the end of the war in 1945. His grandfather was a M.D. graduating from Rush Medical School of Chicago in 1897. His brother was a dentist, graduating from Loyola University of Chicago School of Dentistry.
